Live Your Life Well


Live Your Life Well is a clinically tested program of 10 actions that can help all of us improve our mental health, no matter where we are on the mental health spectrum.

Why?  Because we have too much stress in our lives!

  • One-third of people rate their stress level as extreme
  • Fifty-one percent say a mental health professional could help with stress
  • But only seven percent have sought help
  • Eight out of 10 say the economy is a significant cause of stress

The consequences of stress impact the way we perform at work and function at home with our families. Live Your Life Well shows you many ways you can cope better with stress, improve our outlook on life, and have healthy relationships.
